Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Rebekah In Color, I value your time and appreciate your trust in mine. To best serve all my clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be subject to a 30% service fee.

Service Adjustment Policy
At Rebekah In Color, client satisfaction is very important to me.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must contact me within 7 days of your appointment to request a complimentary adjustment. After 7 days, any additional services will be charged at regular pricing.
Please note:
• Adjustments are offered to perfect the original service requested, not to change the original service entirely.
• No refunds are given for services performed.
